Utu Community runs on the first Wednesday of the month from 5:45 to 7:45 pm, if for any reason the group isn't on, it will be posted on our social media pages.

Following conversations with parents, carers and professionals, it seemed necessary to create an area of support that was felt to be missing from Milton Keynes. It is a non-judgemental, accepting safe space hosted by members of our committee and operations team. Who each have their own lived experience and are passionate about providing the support they know they needed.

It is a relaxed space where you can have a cup of tea and say as little or as much as you like to other adults in a similar situation to yourself.
